A privacy choice appears before generation and on every video in the account.

The Create page selects private by default. Community publishing requires a separate choice and confirmation. A creator can change a ready video back to private from the account page.
Uploads and finished videos are separate
Cloudflare Images must decode the submitted JPEG, PNG, or WebP and produce a bounded WebP before the account-only source record can exist. A public video exposes only its finished stream route, creator display name, story label, likes, and report control. It never exposes the source object key or source file.
Source cleanup
Every terminal delivery, failure, or timeout commits a deletion job in the same database batch as the video and credit change. Storage deletion retries independently with backoff and stale-backlog alerts. Abandoned uploads enter the same cleanup system at 23 hours.
Community reports
A signed-in adult can report a public video. Privacy, minor-safety, and impersonation reports quarantine it immediately; two other open reports also quarantine it. An operator must record a restore or removal decision, and quarantined videos are excluded from public lists and streams.
