Most fixes take one small step.
There is no account or saved project to recover. Use the guide below to rebuild or print a scene brief.
My brief disappeared after I refreshed.
That is expected: results are not stored or given a durable URL. Return to the planner, enter the four choices again, and print or save the new result as a PDF.
The planner says my details need attention.
Choose one listed experience, room, and tone. Add a first name or nickname between 1 and 40 characters, without line breaks. Do not add extra fields.
I cannot find an upload or video button.
There is not one. Glimmerproof currently provides a written scene brief only. It does not accept photos, generate videos, take payment, or create accounts.
The menu is closed on my phone.
Use the Menu button at the top. It opens the primary links and closes after you choose one. Every planner control is also reachable by keyboard.
Can I delete something I submitted?
The application does not save planner values, so there is no account, project, photo, or brief to delete. Closing the result ends the one-time view.
