These product terms describe the operating rules shown throughout the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the uploads, privacy choices, and activity made through your account.

Image rights

You must own each upload or have permission to use it, including guardian authorization for any minor. You may not use the service for deceptive impersonation, public-figure simulation, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful content.

Credits and delivery

One current standard video costs 300 credits. Credits are limited service entitlements, not money or stored value. They are reserved at creation, spent after a signed and validated MP4 delivery, and returned after a terminal failure or timeout. Pack prices and quantities are shown before Square Checkout.

Community sharing

Private is the default. By confirming community sharing, you authorize Glimmerproof to display that finished video, its title, story, creator display name, likes, and a report control until you make it private again or moderation removes it.

Payments and disputes

Payment refunds and disputes follow applicable law and Square or card-network processes. A full refund reverses the pack grant; a partial refund reverses proportional credits rounded up to the nearest credit. A won dispute can restore only the reversal connected to that purchase, while another active or lost dispute keeps the pack reversed.
